Refund Policy

Subscription payments

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for the remaining portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to Bullflow through the end of your paid billing period.

Bullflow does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for:

• Partial billing periods or unused subscription time
• Monthly or annual renewal charges
• Failure to cancel before a subscription renews
• Accidental purchases or forgotten subscriptions
• Dissatisfaction with the service or failure to use the service
• Changes to available features, content, pricing, or service functionality

Annual subscriptions are charged in full for the applicable subscription term and are non-refundable once charged.
