Refund Policy

Subscription payments

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for the remaining portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to Bullflow through the end of your paid billing period.

Bullflow does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for:

• Partial billing periods or unused subscription time
• Monthly or annual renewal charges
• Failure to cancel before a subscription renews
• Accidental purchases or forgotten subscriptions
• Dissatisfaction with the service or failure to use the service
• Changes to available features, content, pricing, or service functionality

Annual subscriptions are charged in full for the applicable subscription term and are non-refundable once charged.

Paid API requests

Except where required by applicable law, all paid Bullflow API requests are final and non-refundable. Bullflow does not provide refunds or credits for these requests, including repeated or accidental requests, unused or unwanted data, or failed or interrupted delivery after payment. This applies to requests paid directly or by an authorized agent, including card and stablecoin payments through x402 or MPP.

Each separately paid request may incur a new charge. If a request times out or its payment outcome is unclear, check the existing transaction or receipt before paying again. Network, wallet, conversion, or provider fees are subject to the relevant provider's terms, and blockchain payments may be irreversible. A per-request payment does not create a subscription or provide access to future requests.

For billing or delivery issues, contact support@bullflow.io with the request or transaction reference, without including payment credentials or wallet secrets. Contacting support does not create a refund entitlement. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
